Volunteers are required to prepare and install the channel markers in the river.

Approximately 6 strong guys are needed to bring the markers, weights and chains to the docks at around 10am which takes about 30-40 minutes.

At around 11am, 2 strong guys are needed on the barge to lift the markers into the water and attach the chains and weights to the markers. In addition, a driver of the barge and a navigator is required. It takes about 1.5 hrs to complete this part of the job.

Lunch will be provided to all volunteers following the installation.
