This form to be used for General Membership and Club Dockers application.
Members are encouraged to volunteer and assist with the various activities and needs the occur during the year that help the Club function.
Club Dockers are required to assist with the various activities and needs that occur during the year that help the Club to function, in order to maintain their dock eligibility.
For every family membership, you may have up to 8 family members that are 'bundled' within your membership. These bundled members are able to have individual access to the PFYC website with their own email address and password. (This area can be found under the initial member profile section but you must be logged in to access and create their profiles). These accounts are intended to be used for spouses and for children under 18 yrs (or still living at home such as special needs and students). Extended family members and adult children cannot be bundled into your Family Membership and will require their own membership.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon submission of this form, it is a binding agreement with the Port Franks Yacht Club. As such by agreeing on the next page of this application (YES/NO), You agree to the terms of membership, as noted above, and those noted in the Benefits and Obligations. You allow the Yacht Club executive review your application and to verify your information, including that you have proper and valid insurance coverage, as required by the club, when occupying a PFYC Dock.
